DAY 02 - Nov. 20

PYRAMIDS • EGYPTIAN MUSEUM • NILE CRUISE

We step into the ancient heart of Egypt with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx, allowing time for presence, observation, and connection.

Later, we explore the NEW Egyptian Museum (biggest museum in the world), encountering symbols of ritual, cosmology, and spiritual knowledge.

In the evening, a Nile River cruise offers a gentle integration of the day as Cairo glows under the night sky.

DAY 03 - Nov. 21

WADI EL RAYAN | DESERT, WATER & DERVISH DANCE

Leaving the city behind, we journey to Wadi El Rayan, a rare meeting point of desert and water.

This day is devoted to nature, silence, and spaciousness - a grounding experience that invites inner clarity and balance.

The vast landscape prepares us for the deeper initiatory layers of the journey.

DAY 04 - Nov. 22

GARBAGE CITY • CAVE CHURCH • FLIGHT TO LUXOR • KARNAK & LUXOR TEMPLES

This day opens a deeper perspective on Egypt’s spiritual diversity and lived faith.

In the morning, we enter Garbage City, a striking encounter with resilience, humility, and transformation.

Within this area, we visit the extraordinary Cave Church of Saint Simon, carved directly into the rock - a place of devotion, silence, and unexpected beauty, revealing how spirituality can arise in the most unlikely environments.

From Cairo, we then take a flight to Luxor, stepping into the heart of ancient Egyptian civilization.

In the afternoon, we explore the immense Karnak Temple, once the ceremonial and energetic center of Thebes.

As evening approaches, we continue to the Luxor Temple, experienced under night light, when the atmosphere becomes intimate, mystical, and deeply contemplative.

We spend the night in Luxor, allowing the presence of this sacred land to settle within before the next initiatory step of the journey.

DAY 05 - Nov. 23

VALLEY OF THE KINGS • TRANSITION TO MARSA NAKARI

In the morning, we enter one of the most powerful initiatory landscapes of ancient Egypt: the Valley of the Kings.

Walking among the resting places of pharaohs, we encounter a space shaped by death, rebirth, and the mysteries of the afterlife. This visit invites silence, reflection, and a deeper contemplation of legacy, impermanence, and inner transformation.

After completing our visit, we begin our journey toward the Red Sea.

By afternoon, we arrive at Marsa Nakari, our eco-resort sanctuary, where the rhythm shifts from temples and stone to sea, wind, and open horizons.

The evening is gentle, allowing the body and mind to land fully and prepare for the days of integration ahead.

DAY 06 - Nov. 24

MARSA NAKARI ECO VILLAGE | SEA • YOGA • BEACH ACTIVITIES • QUAD BIKE DESERT TRIP

Life slows as we settle into the natural flow of Marsa Nakari Village.

The day includes swimming in the Red Sea, beach activities, gentle movement, and yoga by the sea.

There is time to relax, journal, share, or simply rest, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate all that has been experienced so far.

Later there is a sunset/evening tour where you can explore the landscapes of mountains and wadis which serve as a backdrop to the Red Sea by camel. Meet and learn about the Ababda Bedouins who live in the region. The area has a unique history which is still possible to see, from gold and emerald mines from the Ptolemaic and Roman times, and Rock Art which tell Prehistoric and Pharaonic stories.

DAY 07 - Nov. 25

MARSA NAKARI | DOLPHINS HOUSE EXPERIENCE

Today we embark on a special sea journey to The Dolphins House.

A short boat ride takes us to a vibrant reef offering beautiful snorkeling, rich marine life, coral gardens, and the possibility of encountering spinner dolphins.

The rest of the day is left open for relaxation, reflection, and enjoying the natural beauty of the resort.

As the sun sets, a new adventure awaits - the "Astro Tour." Stargazing in the Eastern Desert is something you could not miss during your stay in Marsa Nakari. We will help you to find your way in the night sky, allowing you to understand some of the mysteries of the universe. The sky will be explained by using a special astro laser; a telescope and binoculars. During the tour the Ababda Bedouin provide tea and shisha (Egyptian water pipe). The excursion starts early evening after dinner and takes about 2,5 hours.

DAY 08 - Nov. 26

MARSA NAKARI | BEACH • ASTRO TOUR (WATCHING THE STARS IN THE NIGHT DESERT)

In the captivating ambiance of Marsa Nakari Village, our Egypt Retreat's eighth day invites us to bask in the joy of the Red Sea.

We'll start with refreshing swims and more beach adventures, making lasting memories by the shore.

Amidst the breathtaking seascape, yoga will rejuvenate our spirits, aligning us with the serenity of the sea.

Afterward, we'll indulge in tranquil moments in the beach lounges, finding solace in the gentle rhythms of the waves.

But today brings a thrilling twist, as we embark on an exhilarating Quad Bike Desert Trip, exploring the desert's mystique. We take a 3 hour tour driving the quad bikes inside the Eastern Egyptian Desert and drink tea with the Bedouins. This trip can be done either for sunrise or sunset.

Returning to our exotic seaside tents, the gentle lullaby of the waves will cradle us to sleep, a reminder of the profound harmony we've discovered on this remarkable journey.

DAY 09 - Nov. 27

RETURN TO CAIRO | KHAN EL KHALILI • CITY OF THE DEAD

We return to Cairo for a final exploration.

At Khan El Khalili market, we move through color, sound, and life.

We also visit the City of the Dead, a powerful encounter with continuity, impermanence, and remembrance.

The journey comes full circle — ancient, living, and unseen worlds meeting once more.

DAY 10 - Nov. 28

DEPARTURE | RETURN TO EUROPE

The retreat completes as we depart for Europe.
What was opened in Egypt continues its work beyond the journey, carried profoundly into everyday life.
