The enrollment process has now begun.
To help us prepare everything smoothly, please read the information below carefully.
1. Passport
To enter Peru, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry into Peru (April 20, 2027).
If you already have a passport that meets this requirement, please send us a clear photo or scanned copy as soon as possible.
We need this information to arrange domestic flights, reserve hotels, and secure entrance tickets - especially for Machu Picchu, where availability is very limited.
If you don't yet have a passport, or if your current passport expires before the required validity period, simply let us know and begin the application or renewal process as soon as possible.
2. What Happens Next?
Within the next 24–48 hours, you'll receive another email from us with the next steps of your enrollment, including the payment instructions for your 30% deposit, which secures your place on the journey.
The remaining balance will need to be paid no later than 45 days before the journey begins.
Please note that, according to our booking policy, the deposit is generally non-refundable, although exceptions may apply in specific circumstances.
3. International Flights
Please DO NOT purchase your international flight to Lima until you receive our confirmation.
We coordinate participants' arrivals and will advise you on the most suitable flights before you make your booking.
